A meme?

It's been suggested I post thisand then ping technorati(whatever that means!?!)to assess how fast we knit bloggers can spread the word and help a fellow grad student out. How can I not help out a student.

Just for you Kitty <3

Once again it has been a coons age since I have written anything. So much has happened since the last time I posted. Where do I even begin. Well a short 2 months after my DH returned home from Iraq he left for 9 weeks of recruiter training in San Diego. Once he completed the training he returned home to North Carolina to help me pack the house, kids, and pets up and move to Lawton, OK where he is now the local Marine Corps Recruiter. (so if you are in Lawton or the surrounding area and want to join the Marines drop me a line.) The job sucks donkey ass!!!! He works 6 days a week from 7:30am to usually 9:30pm. Anyhooo you would think this would leave me with plenty of time for knitting a spinning. WRONG!!! It seems I am always running somewhere with either the kids or for DH. See we had to sell one of our cars since it wasn't worth making the move with it. So all we have is my Jeep and his motorcycle(which he stupidly left on one day at work and now has a dead battery) to get around in. It has not been fun going out late at night to pick him up. Luckily he does have a work vehicle during the day to use for his appointments and such. I have been knitting some. Most of it is secret knitting, I have been working for a designer and knitting up her patterns for Creative Knitting Magazine. Now that is a whole nother story for another day. Lets just say I probably won't be doing this for long. If there are any other designers out there looking for knitters stop looking and call me. The rest of my knitting has been hats, scarves, and purses for xmas presents for the family. I will try and take some pictures and post them before I mail off the packages. I have spun a little since being here. I worked on the rest of the tutti fruiti roving I dyed in a dyeing class before I left my LYS in Jacksonville. I think I will use this to make a shrug or something for my DD. Well off to make dinner for the dear kids of mine. Enjoy the evening, it is down right cold here today.
